Intake & Initial consultation (2 appointments)
During this visit we will sit down together and have a good long chat. Why? So I can get to know you a little bit in order to get a good idea of your health goals and any problems you may be experiencing. We’ll discuss your current lifestyle habits and diet as well as any supplements or medications you may be taking. This will help me to identify and address the underlying cause or causes of your main complaint. Don’t have a main complaint? That’s ok too! I can still give you an assessment and make recommendations for fine tuning your health.
Initial consult - what you receive:
Assessment of body systems and nutrient profile, identifying possible deficiencies and imbalances
Action plan for how to address imbalances and achieve health goals
7-day meal plan tailored to your unique needs, while complying with any food intolerances or sensitivities
Supplement recommendations if needed. I do carry a selection of effective, quality supplements at a competitive price. This allows you to get started with your protocol right away and saves you time
Lifestyle modifications and recommendations
Book recommendations, handouts and other resources designed to educate clients how to achieve their health goals and experience their best self ever!
What you receive:
Progress review, discussion of setbacks and recommendations to overcome
Review and adjustment of supplements, if necessary
Presentation and explanation of next phase of protocol (if protocol involves multiple phases)
Discussion (mini-lesson) about a topic related to the condition
Additional meal plan

PRIVATE COOKING LESSONS
(virtual or in-person)
Not sure what an ingredient is or how to prepare it? Want to improve your knife skills so that you can "cut" down on your time in the kitchen and breeze through your recipes? Get a private cooking lesson and let a professional chef show you how it's done! I will demonstrate a nutritious recipe (or a few smaller ones) of your choice that will help achieve your goals. You pick the place - your house or mine plus get to keep and enjoy the food!
$45 (per hour + cost of ingredients)
