Simple Salad Dressings

If you're going out of your way to make a healthy salad, don't ruin it with a store-bought dressing. Home made dressings are super simple to make, are made using REAL ingredients, and taste SO MUCH BETTER! Store bought dressings are made using cheap, unhealthy, vegetable oils, and are full of preservatives, gums, thickeners, stabilizers, refined sugars, and artificial flavor. These ingredients are only going to clog up you liver and contribute to unwanted weight.

The recipes below are a few of my favorites. All are clean and healthy using simple ingredients. Just blend or whisk the ingredients together, and store in a jar in the fridge. You may find it helpful to make a double or triple batch to last throughout the week.

Beware - If you're olive oil is real and pure, it will thicken in the fridge. This is totally fine (and a sign of good quality oil), just give it a whisk before using.
