Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg

  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves

Ingredients

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk such as coconut or almond milk

  • 1/2 cup organic brewed coffee (sub Dandy-Blend for caffeine free)

  • 2 Tbsp pumpkin puree

  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup

  • dash pure vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice blend

  • Optional superfood add-ins (1/2 tsp maca, 1/2 tsp ashwagandha, 1 scoop collagen)

Instructions

  1. Warm the milk and coffee together on medium heat in a pot on the stove.
